Hewett Chiu

Hewett Chiu is CEO of Coral Health.  He is a health systems innovator and public health leader focused on equitable access, delivery, and quality of care for underserved communities.  Among his public sector appointments, he has served as Executive Director at the New York City Health Department, President of Academy of Medical & Public Health Services, former President of a Medical Reserve Corps unit by the Office of the U.S. Surgeon General, led emergency medical response training for the New York Guard, and is on the faculty at NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.  He has also served as COO and CEO at Fern Health, working to implement digital pain management solutions for employers.
